Google seems to be quite good for translating texts from finnish to english. At least the resulting english looks readable.

I did notice that but the Button on the Page doesn't translate everything (e.g. the word "heki").

No it doesn't.
Foreign sales are less than 1% of our sales and postage to abroad is ridiculously expensive. Hence he haven't invested much of our resources int foreign sales.

"heki" isn't a (Finnish) word so I'm baffled.
