Research area is gone?

Looking to new HttB cards texts and some discussion on facebook groups I saw that Shalmat's ability to use Research area was removed and some BC elders says that Research area is gone for now.

What will happen to the Development and Research cards? They will be banned?

And about Shalmat text? He will not receive any bonus in replacement of this lost ability?

Where was this? The official card text list still has Shalmath's original text, and I couldn't find Trujah previews online.

As pointed in the discussion, the cards "Research" and "Development" are not included in the Heirs to the Blood reprint kits. And the text of Shalmath have changed in one of the card database .

So, those who happens to have access at these info, is in fact believing that research area is no more, or at last will be to set aside for some time.
