Cry wolf recruit action from a non-anarch vampire being blocked.

If the action to recruit this ally is blocked, the acting anarch goes to torpor. This werewolf must enter combat with any minion controlled by another Methuselah as a action. He gets one optional press each combat. This werewolf does not unlock as normal during your unlock phase. If he is locked during your unlock phase, burn him.

Would a non Anarch vampire go to torpor if the action to recruit the wold is blocked? And does it depend on the way to circumvent the requirement?

Especially is there a difference between Vidal and the other two, due to the different wording?

If I recall correctly, Vidals special should work the same as the others, even though the wording is different.

The acting vampire would go to torpor in all 3 cases, since the card sees the vampire as an anarch for its effects until after resolution, c.f. www.vekn.net/forum/rules-questions/77427-mata-hari-and-hakim-s-law-leadership

I also believe the acting vampire goes to torpor in all cases, since they play Cry Wolf as an anarch, and that applies for the duration of the action. But what do I know..
