Even at 2X pool, I'm not sure it's a good idea to be able to tap several minions with one master phase card.
I'm not sure it's worth 4 pool to tap 2 minions.
How about:
"Crossed Directions"
Master.
3

Tap two minions controlled by the same Methuselah.
"Missy Miss Direction (Hunter)"
Master. Trifle.
2

Tap a minion.
"Malkavian Roadmap"
Master.

Tap a vampire you control. Your prey must tap an ally or younger vampire, and his prey must tap an ally or younger vampire, whose prey must also tap an ally or younger vampire. Continue until an ally is tapped or there are no valid younger vampires.
"Misdirect Intervention"
Master out-of-turn.
1

Tap a minion. Not usable during an action.
"Consanguineous Misdirection"
Master.
2

Name a clan. Tap all vampires of the chosen clan. This card may be canceled by a Methuselah discarding a master card requiring the named clan as a master phase action out-of-turn.
"Taxes Misfiled"
Master. Unique Investment.
Every other Methuselah taps a vampire or moves a pool to this card. You may use a master phase action to move a pool from this card to your pool. Burn this card if it has no counters.
"Mister Direction (Hunter)"
Government.
During your master phase, tap a minion controlled by your prey and pass control of this card passes to your predator. (alternate: Pass control of this card to your predator if there is not valid target to tap.)
"Misredirect"
Master out-of-turn. (Optionally, make this a trifle?)
1

Cancel a minion card that changes the target of a bleed to you. (Optionally, Change the target of a bleed by a minion controlled by a Methuselah other than your predator.)
"Telepathic Direction"
Master out-of-turn.
1

Untap a minion.
"Archtype: Socialite"
Master. Trifle.
Once per turn, this vampire gains a blood when he or she successfully takes an action to tap a minion.
"Ventrue Misdirection Assembly"
2

Master. Unique location.
You may use a master phase action to tap this card and tap a minion controlled by your prey. This card may be burned as a

action. Malkavians get +1 stealth on this action.
