Hello there, I would like to ask a clarification about Revocation of Tyre:

If this referendum is successful, each Assamite may choose to become Camarilla. Put this card into play. Whenever an Assamite enters play, he or she may choose to become Camarilla. The Assamite clan is a Camarilla clan.

If I have some Bambas or Embraces in play before the political action, they can be considered Camarilla too?

If the embraces and bambas are assamite, yes, they can.

And you could add that whenever you play an other bamba or embrace with an assamite vampire, the embrace/bamba can also chose to become camarilla. (actually, due to the last sentence ("the assamite clan is a camarilla clan"), the embrace don't have any choice and would be camarilla.

An assamite bamba would have to chose between laibon and camarilla.

but you can't call a bamba being a camarilla vampire I guess. You would have to leave your laibon assamite to call it.
