And many Lutz decks will also count for Raphael and Adana. You see the Group 4 at the top because the KoT Inner circles have a very homogeneous discipline spread with :OBF: across the board, so once you play one another is likely to creep in the deck.

By the way, do anybody know the reason for this? Was it deliberate design decision, RP material needs or smth else?

Both.
Most of those vampires have the same disciplines in Masquerade.
The only big difference is Fanchon, who doesn't have Obf and Vis if I remember well.

The right annotation should be: "number of TWD in Secret Library from events with 15+ participants from the beginning of 2010 in which there are 1+ copies of those vampires".

Yeah; the numbers are off by a large margin. For example Saulot is listed as 6 decks; however I count at least 15 from 2010 in the TWDA. Capuchin 1 vs 4 in the TWDA. Adana 28 vs 38 etc... Still I guess it gives a rough idea of the ratios.

The 11 cap promo monsters have seen a lot of play in our play group; and Lackey also.

Would be interesting to see the 2015 - 2016 figures.
