Under the Reigns of Dracula

First version of the deck had Regents but it comes out that you can't play it on Dracula. This version has kduva mask instead, less masters and some other small tweaks.

Political toolbox with Vlad Tepes as a main star. He votes, blocks, bleeds and fights. It's probably to much but can't decide which parts are the weakest and could be dropped to make it more streamlined. What is your opinion?

Well, I guess you can:

"Independent: Vlad can play and use cards requiring a title or a sect if he had that title or were of that sect. +1 bleed."

But will be to no use, since it'll become dormant.

Yes, Regent is out for the reasons stated above. If you treat Vlad like Mata Hari, then how about using Strange Day? Are there other sect or title based cards you could exploit? No Secrets?

It is hard to have Vlad vote as the star without a title, presence, or even AUS for Telepathic Vote Counting. Maybe more of a toolbox is in order.
