I'm curious about the amount of masters and stealth in the deck. You don't really have any card cycling tech apart from two dreams and a third of the deck is masters. How do you avoid clogging your hand with masters (and stealth when not blocked)? It obviously worked though!

Also how where the Reinforcements? I've found it to be interesting but haven't really tried it out myself, was it worth the card slot or would you rather have had an offensive vote whenever you drew them?

I wondered that myself, but we have to take into consideration that there are 6 Legendary Vampire masters in this deck and you only need and can play one, meaning you need to get rid of any other that comes your way, without the need of ever playing it. I guess he made good use of his Discard phase :)

Perhaps with setup such as this one, one could perhaps re-tweek some masters into as many trifles and perhaps put in an Anthelios or two, but that might be just lame as hell and not doable due to your lack of master phases. I'd just like to get some extra mileage of those wasted masters.

There is a long and proud history of Nosferatu Royalty with Legendary Vampire and Zillah's Valley in significant quantities. Two others which inspired this deck (though they were a bit older) are

Legendary Nosferatu by Kamel Semmi

and

Turbo Parity by Daniel Carretero Ferres

Having one-third of your library as master cards isn't really so bad. 11 of them can be played first turn (assuming you have an 8+ cap uncontrolled). You can immediately start discarding extra copies of LV or ZV. Dreams is good flush tech. It is true that you do occasionally have a "wasted" master phase action where you do nothing, but mostly that's OK. It's all about getting a very early jump on the game and keeping that advantage as long as you can.

I really liked having Reinforcements in my deck. I used at least one every game. Almost always I got a KRC, some stealth and either another vote or stealth based on the table setup. A very small side-effect of Reinforcements (unlike Ashur Tablets) is that once you put 3 more cards into your library, you are less likely to be Master screwed since the ratio has been altered. And yes, the discard phase action is definitely your friend with this type of deck.

I thought about Anthelios, but the only master I'd probably want to recurse is Pentex Subversion, maybe Dreams. It would probably just end up benefiting someone else who played Pentex/Sudden Reversal/Wash and I have Bleeding the Vine for master card defense.

You should pay attention that Kamel's version had Scrounging to get rid of useless cards (like the extra legendary vampire) and fetch stealth/vote from library. Very nice move indeed ;)

the secret library of alexandria can also help ! :)

Also including a copy of specialist could make good job.

While Specialization could be useful to get rid of extra cards, in some ways I don't want the extra pool since that makes it harder to play Parity Shift. Secret Library of Alexandria is pretty sweet tech too, but sometimes I don't want to bleed with my Legendary Vampire if they are likely to be bounced. Sometimes you don't bleed at all just to give your prey some room to breathe.

The Barrens is a good option too that doesn't require any particular table state. Scrounging may be the best choice since it is an action and won't interfere with your MPAs. Plus, Warsaw is a good place to Scrounge, so I hear. :)
