Nephandi can recruit all of the non-Nephandi allies. If the deck is working, ie, it's not sitting next to combat that laughs off Nephandi, they'll probably succeed at those recruit actions.

I meant more that the number of masters being so high normally means the deck runs piper. Especially with the converts in the crypt.

I get you. But:

-If you don't need Piper for a deck to work, there are better masters to play.
-This deck doesn't need Piper to get out the Nephandi.
-If the Nephandi aren't able to effectively act, Piper-ing out the other allies isn't likely to matter anyway.
