On a 10 cap without vote and not too many disciplines that does not work that well together, no. The 6 cap will work exactly as well and cost 4 less pool.

Isabella would be overpowered. or rather, would give ample love to kindred spirits stealthbleed when they are already fine. her+morel+hagar+bela+jackie+artther+apache+gem+cassandra... the crypt borders on broken with her and some of the others you have.

the 8 cap seraph would be stronger as a 7 cap seraph with little obfuscate, or just BH with that spread at inferior everything but dementation and being a 6-cap. in bh decks or dementation decks that use little fortitude, being an 8 cap makes him cost as much as white lily without any printed ability.

and the guy with big POT, go for broke, he costs a ton, give him standing +2 strength or something. he's still just ok even with that if he lacks little fortitude since only the toy style decks can use a big cap !malk with POT efficiently.
