Pisistrat and Kristoff are ok.

I like Dr. Gill and The Collector. I'd try to build a deck for them.

Jean-Luc, Mongrel and Spook are undercosted. A 2-cap with :obf: is already good, he can't also get a strong special. A 5-cap with :obf: :ANI: :POT: and a built-in rush is way too much, and the disability doesn't counteract that. Make him a 6-cap, or take away a level of one of those superior disciplines. Spook need to lost the torpor special, because three superiors and +1 bleed is plenty for a 7-cap.

Silvester needs some clarification -- I guess you don't mean that his own animal retainers stop working, right?

mongrel is a bit too much. if any non hunt actions other than the rush costed a blood, he'd be ok to keep his superiors, or if bleed actions costed a blood and he couldn't use equipment he'd almost be ok. but being able to get monster on him, rush, crows, signpost, slam, grapple, press, taste, untap after dunking the target and then still being able to re-rush with deep song, taunt the caged beast, rumble, or any other rush, or bleed with deep song makes him pretty strong, probably too strong for animalism right now. if he couldn't manuever to long range or press to end, and maybe couldn't take political actions or something vaguely relivant like that, i think he'd be fixed.

pot+ani is slightly less broken than just ani since being at close range without fortitude(or even protean) is generally more dangerous than bats to long with drows and DotB repeated umpteen rounds.

first solution: 5cap :ANI: :pot: :obf: with same text
second solution: 5cap but :POT: :obf: :ani:, same text again.

it seems to me that is better with :ANI:.

Those solutions seem a bit overcosted.

How about this:

Mongrel
:cap5:
:POT::ani::obf:
Mongrel can enter combat with any tapped minion controlled by your prey as a (D) action.

Seems fine, balance wise. I'd be careful with too much :ANI: at low to mid cap vampires. :ANI: is quite strong nowadays with Deep Song, Aid from Bats, Carrion Crows and the numerous untap and intercept reactions. B-)
