Here are explanations for cards D through G. Enjoy!

Compel Passion
World of Darkness reference: Lair of the Hidden, p 138

How does this card address a compelling game need?: A slightly superior Presence bleed modifier that doesn’t cost blood because of the Inconnu requirement; the superior use is corner case but it is used to manipulate the kine and could be devastating against an ally or Imbued deck.

Corpse Projection
World of Darkness reference: Lair of the Hidden, p 140

How does this card address a compelling game need?: The opportunity to search your library for allies is always vital. Having one perform any action the acting vampire could is vital is high capacity crypt decks which rely on each influenced minion to perform needed actions.

Crusade: Algiers and Crusade: Wallachia
World of Darkness reference: Lair of the Hidden

How does this card address a compelling game need?: These are the domains of Zamra and Vlad. These Crusades should exist to represent those domains.

Dark Steed
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: The combination of Hawg (no cost), with an added maneuver, and Wolf Companion (1 blood), and yes, it is a retainer that is a vehicle. Combining two cards into one more powerful card can help deck building and card flow.

Decoration for the Tree
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: With the prevalence of ally decks this card based on Aranthebes, the Immortal has a nice twist. It is more corner-case with the needed ash heaped ally but can be helpful in the right meta.

Created by: Chris Pond

Discernment
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: Being the observers they are, the Inconnu can manipulate anyone if they choose to. The ability to reduce any bleed could make you an ally for the time being or keep someone in the game.

Created by: Chris Pond

Dream Combat
World of Darkness reference: Lair of the Hidden, p 139

How does this card address a compelling game need?: Even the rarest power known among the Kindred deserves to see the light. Mahtiel may be the only vampire able to play this OTB but players can have an means to entering combat with either gaining blood back or, the more powerful ability, diablerize the other with no fear of burning (well, at least not from a blood hunt).

Created by: Chris Pond

Drowning in Earth
World of Darkness reference: Lair of the Hidden, p 142

How does this card address a compelling game need?: This card adds to the versatility of Vicissitude by offering a means to slow another Methuselah down my hindering the success of their minions with negative stealth.

Created by: Chris Pond

Dynastic Power
World of Darkness reference: Lair of the Hidden, p 137

How does this card address a compelling game need?: Combines a variation of The Summoning and Enchant Kindred but with Dominate instead of Presence.

Created by: Chris Pond

Ear of the Cunning
World of Darkness reference: Lair of the Hidden suggests the Inconnu’s manipulation of Kindred and Kine across the globe. Other WoD references of the Inconnu Monitors and their observations.

How does this card address a compelling game need?: The Inconnu needed a means to overcome being blocked at every turn. It is a slower means than a single card, such a Horrific Countenance, but it can be a successful means in itself.

Elder Hospitality
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: The Inconnu needed a means to influence uncontrolled minions without the use of a Discipline.

Created by: Chris Pond

Elder Scheme
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: Gives a combat deck the opportunity to challenge higher-capacity decks with the threat of putting them in torpor or burn 4 pool.

Created by: Chris Pond

Enigmatic Text
World of Darkness reference: Lair of the Hidden, p 137

How does this card address a compelling game need?: Dementation needed a way to search the library for resources. Putting a restriction on the card selection keeps this card from being to overpowered.

Espial
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: The Inconnu needed a powerful means of non-Discipline intercept. See Ministry for comparison.

Created by: Chris Pond

Evade
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: The elusive nature of the Inconnu prompted a combat card to help minions avoid combat without Disciplines.

Created by: Chris Pond

Final Death
World of Darkness reference: pick a WoD book

How does this card address a compelling game need?: This is a more permanent version of The Name Forgotten forcing star-vampire decks and other decks with limited crypt choices to consider some modifications to ensure survivability.

Created by: Chris Pond

Flock to Thy Banner
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: There wasn’t a master card that provided the same action as Vast Wealth but for allies.

Created by: Chris Pond

Fragment of the Book of Nod
World of Darkness reference: The Book of Nod, et al.

How does this card address a compelling game need?: With Shaal Fragment having the Nod fragment trait I felt this card needed the appropriate errata.

Created by: WotC

Golconda: Inner Peace
World of Darkness reference: multiple sources including Lair of the Hidden

How does this card address a compelling game need?: With the introduction of the Inconnu as an actual option for play this card needed an extra line of errata to reflect their desire to reach this exalted state of being.

I love this idea so much that I would be very happy to see this go "live".
Thus I will only comment on what I think should be changed.

A Surfeit of Serpents
World of Darkness reference: Lair of the Hidden, p 143

How does this card address a compelling game need?: Having Serpentis being able to something other than manipulation would be nice. See Horseshoes for comparison.

Created by: Chris Pond

Incredibly overpowered, 2 aggravated unpreventable on superior is WAY too strong. That card is stronger than a card giving all vampires with SER +1 unpreventable Hand Damage during an action to enter combat with another minion.

Audit of Domain
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: A way for higher capacity decks to slow down a weenie onslaught and at the moment there is no way to slow this down.

Created by: I believe this was a found card that I edited.

It's a bit strong IMHO add Do not replace until a Methuselah spends 0 transfers during his Influence Phase.

Beast of Fire
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: An alternate means of burning a minion in the torpor/incapacitated region. A great way to hold a threat over a Methuselah’s head with minions in those areas.

Created by: Chris Pond

Strong, imagine that with Surfeit of Serpents and Water of Duat.
Add a requirement capacity above, or Inconnu/Infernal IMHO.

Blood Tutor
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: A variation of Sanguine Instruction changing the clan requirement to capacity and giving the recipient a blood. Makes teaching Disciplines a little easier, especially for out-of-clan.

Created by: Chris Pond

Weak, add and untap this acting vampire if the chosen vampire is Inconnu.

Too strong, I even think the originals were too strong and you kept the cost even though you combined them...
At triple the cost and unique it might be ok.

Decoration for the Tree
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: With the prevalence of ally decks this card based on Aranthebes, the Immortal has a nice twist. It is more corner-case with the needed ash heaped ally but can be helpful in the right meta.

Love this card!
Add a Christmasy quote!

Dynastic Power
World of Darkness reference: Lair of the Hidden, p 137

How does this card address a compelling game need?: Combines a variation of The Summoning and Enchant Kindred but with Dominate instead of Presence.

Created by: Chris Pond

Don't like it. Dominate does not need this and its mimicking superior summoning with less flexibility on dom but with the added flexibility of Superior Enchant kindred on DOM.
If you'd made it a prescence card I probably wouldn't have cared.

Created by: Chris Pond

Too weak by far, I have no idea how to make it work though...

Elder Hospitality
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: The Inconnu needed a means to influence uncontrolled minions without the use of a Discipline.

Meh... Add if the chosen vampire is Inconnu add 1 additional blood or remove the younger part.

Elder Hospitality
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: The Inconnu needed a means to influence uncontrolled minions without the use of a Discipline.

Its a bit too easy to get rid of if there are many players still in the game considering that it is played during your discard phase. If there are three players in the game there is a very high probabily that the card will only stay in play for one of your turns.
It would be ok in a head to head though but its not that damaging to begin with and it really wouldnt be all that harmful for high cap decks they tend to have few minions.

Enigmatic Text
World of Darkness reference: Lair of the Hidden, p 137

How does this card address a compelling game need?: Dementation needed a way to search the library for resources. Putting a restriction on the card selection keeps this card from being to overpowered.

Created by: Chris Pond

You need a lot more restrictions if you dont want this to be way overpowered, just compare it to Sibyl's Tongue. You can't give that kind of power to an inferior discipline I'd say broken even if it was Temporis or even Striga.

Espial
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: The Inconnu needed a powerful means of non-Discipline intercept. See Ministry for comparison.

Created by: Chris Pond

Add if usable by a tapped member of the Twelve tu untap and attemt to block as above or it will see as less play than Ministry does.

Evade
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: The elusive nature of the Inconnu prompted a combat card to help minions avoid combat without Disciplines.

Created by: Chris Pond

Add requirement Inconnu.

Final Death
World of Darkness reference: pick a WoD book

How does this card address a compelling game need?: This is a more permanent version of The Name Forgotten forcing star-vampire decks and other decks with limited crypt choices to consider some modifications to ensure survivability.

NO!
It wallpapers The Name Forgotten and completely destroys certain deck archetypes the way its worded it will also burn non-unique vampires! There is absolutely zero need for this card Pentex Subversion is enough.

Flock to Thy Banner
World of Darkness reference: None

How does this card address a compelling game need?: There wasn’t a master card that provided the same action as Vast Wealth but for allies.

Created by: Chris Pond

I'm pretty sure there is a reason for there not being an ally or even retainer version of Vast Wealth. This is also more flexible than Vast Wealth (it's not on a specific vampire). Allies are good enough as it is that card would limit the risk of playing them since you wont have to put the ally in the ash heap if you're blocked.

You should edit the Nosferatu Bufo, the Toad, as it's merged version says he's slave nothing more, but none of his versions says he's a slave.

And that Final Death event... it just kill any turbo/shinning star deck. Too overpower.

I agree, and it's far from the only card who is way too powerful or just unattractive.

Now, the general quality is on par with the inconnu book, so there's that.

(if I am not clear enough, I prefer Dirty secret of the black hand to Lair of the Hidden. And I don't like Dirty Secret of the Black Hand)

Replied by alek on topic Re: [Submission] The Inconnu
I like majority of the graphics on library cards. Some mechanics are nice but some of those are soooo overpowered, f.e. surfeit of serpents - unpreventable aggravated damage as an action?!

The base version states that he is an Inconnu slave.

Final Death is an event version of The Name Forgotten.
