He wears a brown suit and fedora, with flashy cuff-links, tie tack, watch-chain and jeweled rings. He loves fine closes, though he refuses to change his wardrobe's style more than once every 50-100 years, and the last time came in 1935.

How does this card address a compelling game need?: Lasombra crypt lack proper solid titled vampires in group 5. To be fair, Charles have huge potential that is mostly unspent, considering his times as Cardinal of South America.
