Love Song
Combat
1 Blood
:mel: :pre: Strike: Combat Ends. If the opposing minion is an ally or younger vampire, put this card on the opposing minion. During a (D) action against you made by a different minion, you may burn this card to take control of this minion until the end of the action and allow him or her to play reaction cards and attempt to block as if it were unlocked. A minion can have only one Love Song.
:MEL: :PRE: As above, but give the minion +1 to intercept during this action, even if intercept is not yet needed.

Art notes: An audience member looking fascinated, with an overlay of the singer's mouth near his/her ear.

World of Darkness reference: Daughters of Cacophony are known to entrance their audience, and in some cases derange them, which along with their Missing voice power and pressence, could mean that they will powerfully influence some kindred.

How does this card address a compelling game need?:

The idea is to give a little extra protection to Daughter of Cacophony, while not giving them direct tools to defend themselves, but through others. Lore wise, this card would feel similar to the Member of Entourage: sacrificing himself to protect the Daughters. Gameplay wise, this card gives you a way to hurt your opponents (as usually either your prey or a rushing minion will be facing a daughter in combat), slightly stop a threat (specially rushes), but at the same time it is limiter by your cards, as you are the one playing with the minion.

This card also gives a reason for Tourettes Voice to exist, as it gives you an edge for blocking with your borrowed minion.

Finally, this could serve as your general combat-end card. For this purpose I feel the card should cost no blood, but ask you to burn blood to attach it to the enemy, as your small-cap daughters could use a free combat-end.

I like the suggestion. I'm not super familiar with the DoC but this looks as fair as Graverobbing and only the DoC can really use it, so that's nice.

Tourette's Voice seems OK though, I get why this works well with it, but Tourette's Voice works OK with just about any minion, no?

:gang: :CEL: :FOR: :PRO: :cap6: Gangrel. Noddist. Camarilla. Once each turn, LivesByProxy may burn 1 blood to lose Protean :PRO: until the end of the turn and gain your choice of superior Auspex :AUS:, Obfuscate :OBF:, or Potence :POT: for the current action.

Yes, Tourette's Voice work with any minion, but the thing is that a heavy DoC deck don't usually have any minion able to actually block beside their Member of Entourage, as DoC themselves have defects to stop them from blocking.
