Haven't heard about anything like it in VtES and seriously doubt that it will work (if we do not count 2 copies in one archetype "work"). VtES got logarithmic power curve - crazy cards like "action: win the game" are not much more powerful than Return to innocence, which in time is not much more powerful than GtA, which is still better than enchant kindred but still last one is quite playable in large quantities, but then "speed of loosing usefulness increases" as there are "1-2 copies in a deck" cards ets and at some moment there is sudden flop as card became not worth the slot.

So for redirect deflection superior is the top, basic deflection/superior Telepathic is fine, My enemies enemy already needs specific deck and, imo, proposed by me effect "slightly worse than basic deflection" is somewhere here or even lower and all other cards which is worse are somewhere in 0-2 category.

Worse deflection is like 6 slots in decks with no DOM/dom and no AUS. Maybe 4, not 1-2.

Yes, and that is, obviously, the power level for which new cards should aim.

I just want that Lost in Translation would be cost 2 to bounce ally, same age or younger, and 3 to bounce from older vampires.

Well, if you want disciplineless bounce how about this?

Only usable after block have been declined, if you are being bled for 2 or less. Choose a methuselah other than acting minions controller, the acting minion is now bleeding that methuselah.

Minor bleed can be bounced, any serious attack will simply overwhelm your defences. This way you don't wall paper Lost in translation any more than it already is and because of no locking some decks with aus/ inferior dom might still prefer this card over their disciplined cards. If considered too powerfull, just add the standard lock this reacting minion text.
