We have had some discussions over here whether its even possible to build a working deck out of Matasuntha. Apparently the answer exists. Incidentally she is one of my favorite vampires and a never-ending deck project for me (much to the dismay of local players)

ps. I would've expected Andre the manipulator to be more common in the gangrel decks or most likely culprit for a random gangrel in the crypt. Doesn't seem to be the case.

I've been doing some analysis on the TWDA myself - these are not complete (I want to include the full TWDA but the parsing is trickier because the format was not standardized until recently), but I've found a few differences from this list that deserve mentioning. Quite a few of these were missing from Elotar's list - most notably On The Qui Vive and Direct Intervention. Enkil Cog doesn't actually make it into the Top25, neither do any Political Actions.
I'm also doing my analysis for the full TWDA - it's quite interesting to see how the meta has evolved over the years - once I have the full results I'll post them in a new thread.

Of the cards requiring discipline only Dominate and Auspex are represented. with obviously, Dominate dominating the list.

Also, wouldn't it be great if TWDA was a database so everyone could crunch data very easily? (Yeah, it is a pipedream...)
