Are these cards considered tournament legal even if they are lacking text? Or are only the replacement versions considred legal for big tournaments?

They are tournament legal.

This is welcome news, as some of them are decently valuable in money, like Dmitra, scourge of enochians etc. So we got basically extra copies of these valuable cards for the same price from Fantasiapelit.

Also, since they are official misprints, their collector's value will probably go really high in the far future. All the more reason to buy these bundles!

What are these misprints you are talking about?

The fantaspliet product page lists the following misprints
Keepers Reprints:
Dimtra - missing text
Ariadne - missing artist credit/copyright
Adana - missing artist credit/copyright

Charismatic Aura - missing text
Andrew Stuart - missing text
Scourge of the Enochians - missing artist/copyright
Light intensifying goggles - missing text

Lost Kindred:
Angelique - missing artist credit

Vtes.store lists Dmitra, Charismatic Aura & Light Intensifying Goggles as misprints, but doesn't list the others - I assume that's just oversight as the other differences are fairly small.
