Current Card List Compared to Latest Official CSV

Hello,

Looks like there's a mismatch between the Lackey Plug in and the official card text.

Advance vampires and any cards (crypt and library) containing double quotes " fail to import as allsets.txt contains double single quotes '' instead of double quotes "

For example:
Tariq, The Silent Advanced
Anna "Dictatrix11" Suljic
Scapelli, The Family "Mechanic"


The attached allsets.txt appears to resolve this and bring it inline with the official cards.csv file.

Any ideas who to speak to about this?

LackeyCCG doesn't allow double quotes, due that I chage it to double single quotes. Lackey also doesn't allow card with accentuation like João Bilé, Tanginé and many otthrs.
