requirements and limitations for ordering this kit:
- must be a European VEKN prince or Coordinator
- must be registered at vekn.net
- must have organised at least 1 tournament in the past two years (2010 or 2011)
- princes can order up to max. 2 kits, national coordinators can order up to max. 5 kits
