An example:

Potence Immortal Grapple combat with no maneuvers of its own, but uses Thrown Sewer Lids to catch those opponents that maneuver away.

Without Spiritual Guidance, you will have either too many or too little Sewer Lids, period. With Spiritual Guidance, your card flow will be superior and your combat hand jams way less frequent.

A brilliant card, and it allows you to use more "just in case" combat cards, without fearing massive hand jamming.

It is a fun idea but you will be able to use each card only once because after that it would be ou of game.

Its the same style application as Art of Memory. Use what you want from a list of options not available if you just make that card an additional copy of one option. Dialing in what the gamestate requires.
Ive had 4 grapples, a signpost, and no manuevers or lids in hand against opponents with one manuever. If you cut in this card in place of a fee of each thing, you have more of what you need if its drawn mid to late game instead of having that 68% chance you need something and draw it.

Its nice. Worste case, pitch em to cancel a TV?

Of course, but i guess yu only have like 5 of those total, and most other cards are at least doubled. In most cases, you want that IG/TS/ToV back, and that card increase the odds for getting that crucial part of the combo on your hand. Say you have 8/8/5 split, and thrown in some Thrown Sewer Lids, Spiritual Interventions, T:V, slams and Disarms - maybe fake outs, along with the new card. About 34-40 cards total. In the old ways, you'd add two more torn signpost and grapples, maybe disarm. In new way, you have 5 cards that most often serve to get those grapples or torn signpost, but can be used to fetch more options, like playing 6 thrown sewer lids/4 s:ce against animalism combat.

Long story short, it improve flow of the combat package and only at the beginning it's death weight.

Vampire: Elder Kindred Network's second expansion for Vampire: the Eternal Struggle is The Unaligned, which focuses on the main Independent clans: Assamites, Followers of Set, Gangrel, Giovanni and Ravnos. The expansion is released in PDF format.

In the Week of Nightmares, the Ravnos were nearly wiped out. Those who survived tended to be Ravnos antitribu, so we've included a few Sabbat Ravnos in The Unaligned. The Independent Ravnos in the set help fill some holes in Groups 3-6. The library cards are a mix of combat, bleed, and defense.
