North West Qualifier 2016 Seattle WA

Friday April 15th:
-Casual games and/or draft (I haven’t spoken to people yet about preferences, but come prepared to do either.)
-3:00pm - Midnight
-Location: Mox Boarding House Ballard. I’ve got the green room booked from 3 to 9. If they want us to vacate after that, I’m thinking we can move to the tournament room or the café.

Saturday April 16th:
-Tournament - 3r + Final
-Register/Setup: 10:30am – 11:00am
-R1: 11:00am - 1:00pm
-Lunch Break: 1:00pm – 2:00pm (some extra time to go out to eat. Reminder: outside food and drink not permitted at Mox Cafe)
-R2: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
-R3: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
-Final – 6:00pm – 8:00pm

-Casual games
6:00pm - Midnight

Sunday April 17th:
-Friendly games and/or draft. (I’d really like to play a draft game and I think this would be the best day to do it)
-12:00PM till we’re done.

(One drawback of this location is that outside food and drink are not allowed. Please feel free to order food and beverages while at Mox Café, but let’s try to avoid having food on the tables during the actual tournament on Saturday.)

Parking: Mox Café/Card Kingdom has a marked parking lot across the street. If you’re there in the morning, you should have trouble finding parking. If the lot is full, street parking is the only option.

Print at home cards: we’re running a registered tournament on Saturday so all rules regarding how to use print at home cards from vken expansion sets are in effect. I know that some players use proxies and/or really poor printings of these cards, so please reach out to me if you need anything printed fresh and I’ll have them for you when you arrive. Please give me a few days to get everything together.

Also, if you need to borrow cards, please send me your list. I’d be happy to help if I have the cards in my collection.

Prizes will be provided each day. Here are few things I'll be adding to the Saturday prize pool:

-Sabbat boosters
-Heirs to the Blood starters
-Special door prize for those out of state.
-Complete set of Sabbat War rares
-Sealed booster box of something...
-Art reprints (some signed)
-Other stuff too

Fyi, I haven't stayed at any of the above places, so I can't vouch for any of them personally. Also, hotels along Aurora can be a little shady, but it's one way to save some money.
