file Bleed deflected back.

Bleed deflected back. was created by Ke.
Simple question,

A bleeds B who deflects to C who deflects back to B — does B have a new window to block.

I believe yes, because the bleed target has changed (twice).

Is this correct?

Thanks

If the target of a directed action is reset, a new "choose blockers" opportunity results. [RTR 19970630]

Ok, I know that it is that way, but what happens with the following situation:

A bleeds B, who declines to block and THEM deflects to C, C deflects back to B. Can B try to block AFTER he declined to block first time?. I think, and it is the way we play here, you can't block, only deflect because you declined to block first time.
Another question related to this situation: I'm not sure if I can untap (with WWeF, Otqv, Forced awakening...) with another minion and can block, or only can deflect (because I declined to block first time), no matter minions I have ready (or not).
Thank you in advance.

Yes.

That's what the quote means...
