Tarbaby Jack and Anarch Convert

You have Tarbaby and Convert uncontrolled.

You use 4 transfers to get out Tarbaby, who says when ready you get another transfer. Can you then use that transfer to bring out convert?

I don't think so, but my only reasoning is that I've never seen that done with Ingrid Rossler...

Reasoning: minions (with counters equal to or greater than their capacity) move to the ready region at the end of the influence phase, as per the rulebook, so they only become ready once the influence phase is over.

Yes, your minion come out of the incontrolled at the "end of he influence phase" then, when hey are controlled, it means your influence phase is over.
