Golconda and Nana Buruku

While Nana Buruku is ready I have +1 Hand Size.

If I Golconda her myself, do I draw to replace the Golconda card, then discard my hand size back to 7?

Or do I just not replace the Golconda card at all, since she is no longer ready, because the effect of the Golconda happens upon playing (assuming no Sudden Reversal, of course)

You replace, then discard one card.

You replace > sudden window > apply effect > discard

The "sudden window" should be first (if it is handled the same way like the "DI window" for minion cards).
