I see, there is a difference in how the card works as a "combat ends" vs "action ends", so it leaves the *end of the round* and *combat would end* phases intact.

I find the wording inconsistency between this and cards like Catatonic Fear frustrating. If Rotschreck said "Combat ends. After combat..." it would be more similar to other cards and avoid literally reading between the lines. This change would deny us the opportunity for deep thoughts about the metaphysics of our game, however.
