Uh, LSJ was the lead designer when Angelo was printed. And he didn't give it a circle (such as Angelo Circle or whatever), meaning that it functions as a circle of one - and each copy of a vampire in a circle of one is in its own circle of one. And he literally confirmed his own design intent in that post.
