Theft of Vitae vs. Theft of Vitae was created by Yomyael
Vampire A has, say, 6 Capacity and 5 blood. Vampire A plays Theft of Vitae at superior.
Vampire B has, say, 6 Capacity and 4 blood. Vampire B plays Theft of Vitae at superior.
So, strikes resolve simultaneously. Vampire A gains 2 blood and loses 2 blood. Does anything happen before the other (and therefore blood draining of)? Or does nothing change.

Both Theft of Vitae resolve simulteanously, leaving A at 5 blood and B at 4 blood.
A gains 2 blood and loses 2 blood at the same time, so no blood drains off.
