 This vampire calls a referendum listed on a political action card in your hand (play that card) or allowed by an effect in play. If the referendum passes, then the next referendum called by any vampire thereafter passes automatically.

 As above, and this vampire gains 2 votes in that first referendum.

Cost: 1 blood

Only usable during the polling step of a political action.

Cancel the referendum. Unlock the acting vampire. If a political action card was played to call this referendum, return it to its owner's hand (discard down afterward). Minions controlled by the acting Methuselah cannot take the same political action again this turn.





If a delaying tactics is played on the first referendum called via charming lobby, which political action goes to hand?



My opinion is only one (or charming lobby or the card played with it) but...

Charming Lobby is a simple action card - not a political action card. Therefore only the Political Action that was played via Charming Lobby will be returned to its owners hand.

/edit: Just looked this up in the Card Ruling Section, under Delaying Tactics:

If played on a referendum called by a Charming Lobby, the political action card (if any) is retrieved, not the Charming Lobby card. [LSJ 20030425]

my confusion was due to Charming Lobby being described per text as a political action.

Anyway, my bad, i made a search on the rules forum and not on the existing ruling.
