Blanket of Night #2 was created by Raven
Action modifier
Superior:
Only usable by a ready vampire other than the acting minion if a minion attempts to block. Lock this modifying vampire to have that attempt fail; that blocking minion cannot attempt to block this action again.

Can I play Blanket of Night during other Methuselah Action?
I still lock my vampire with Obtenebration.

No. Your minions may play only reaction (or combat) cards when a minion controlled by another Methuselah is acting.

Hi Raven !

Do not hesitate to check the Codex for cards rulings of that sort ;-)

:OBT: Can only be played by the controller of the acting minion. [LSJ 19990425]

Action Modifiers (Hidden Lurker, for instance) can only be played
by the controller of the acting minion. You could not play Mask of
a Thousand Faces to assume someone else's minion's action, either. Nor
could your Malkavians play Cloak the Gathering to give someone else's
acting minion additional stealth.
