Mummies and burning effects

Dear all,

If Set's Curse is successful on a Mummy like Kherebutu;
Does the effect of the Mummy that shuffles it onto its owner`s library affects Set's Curse resolution? Just to be sure that the ally is created by Set's Curse even if that action tried to burn a Mummy.

A Mummy like Kherebutu becomes Red List.
if the Mummy is burnt by D-Action or combat, is it possible to get any Trophies or the effect of the Mummy that shuffles it onto its owner`s library does not allow that?
I mean does burning a Mummy count as Burning a minion even if it is shuffled to its owner library?

These resolve just like you would expect. I can’t see any ambiguity.
Mummy is burned, shuffled into library, curse is put in play as an ally.

I think it is "percieved" ambiguity, because it simply doesn't make "lore sense" that a mummy is tranformed into a snake and put back into its cofin (the library) at the same time.

Doesnt change that this is how the rules work though.
