file Errors in the html cardlist

Several of the Crusade cards in the html cardlist hve been incorrectly converted, and thus don't display correctly.

The problematic cards include HTML like
<Requires a="a" /> Sabbat vampire. </b><br /> <If this="this" referendum="referendum" passes,="passes," put="put" this="this" card="card" />
which is clearly bogus - it looks like some tag was incorrectly stripped from the text.

On closer inspection this seems to effect most cards that used to have clarifications in the old WW cardlist - see for example Aggressive Tactics, Dagon's Call, Game of Malkav or Gangrel Atavism.

This problem either wasn't fixed, or the fix has been reverted somehow.

Examples:

- many Crusades (e.g. Barcelona, Atlanta)
- Anathema's 'Requires a' text...
- half the text of superior Terror Frenzy.

My guess - without checking - is that where a ruling/clarification/errata got written into card text in angle brackets, the server is trying to turn that into a legal-looking HTML tag.

If you have any idea of what the use of angle / curly / double curly brackets was, please let me know. I think all changes to a card should use single curly brackets.

Note the use of the errata indicators
(curly braces) instead of the clarification indicators (angle brackets).

Errata: {foo}
Clarification: <bar>

Do you have an example of double-curly?

As an example, take this from the Wayback Machine archive of the White Wolf website:
web.archive.org/web/20070106115946/http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/index.php?line=Cardlist_A

Abomination [FN:R]
Cardtype: Action
Cost: 1 pool
Capacity: 4
Unique. Requires a ready <non-Sterile> vampire. +1 stealth action.
Burn an untapped werewolf ally (such as Renegade Garou, Werewolf Pack or Black Spiral Buddy) in your ready region to put this card in play. This card becomes a unique Independent {Abomination} vampire of 4 capacity with superior Protean [PRO]. You may move up to 4 blood from the acting vampire to this vampire. This vampire has +1 strength, gets an additional strike each round and gets an optional maneuver each combat. This vampire may attack any ready minion as a (D) action.

<non-Sterile> is a clarification, because the rules on Sterile already made it clear - but the card text was updated to be explicit.

{Abomination} was errata, because it was originally clanless (Abominations hadn't been invented in Final Nights).

Hm, I got confused by the "={ ... }=" and then "-{ ...}-"
