Though it's not registered as such, the Spanish portal is www.vtes.net/ , and the forum is there: www.vtes.net/Foros/tabid/403/language/en-US/Default.aspx

I did a quick search before posting but didn't find anything.

I had a recollection that there was a Spanish forum I thought that it would be easiest just to ask istead of searching the web in vein for quite a while...
