I got stuff from them on e-bay. Perfectly reliable.

I ordered from troll and toad. Once on Ebay and everything was fine. I ordered twice through the store website for cards in french (not vtes of course). One time i ordered three boosters and two were in Italian. Second time I ordered two starters and one was Italian. So, I don't think they are the most reliable but they did ship things out in appropriate amount of time. (They also would not pay for me to ship it back to them to correct the order)

Also, they have a strange pricing scheme (at least it seems to me). Single cards often have extra cents in the price. For example, a card might be selling on thier site for $7.14 or $4.34. Not a big deal really, but I mention it because they seem to be going off some list (rarity perhaps) and sometimes a card that is everywhere else for $8-10 US they might be selling for $1.02! As if some list set that price for them.
