Yes, during the EC 2012 there was NC's meeting when this decision was made.

(Every NC should know about this and should give the info to Princes etc etc. There was info on the forum)

Simply: Chair/Vice-chair have 3 years cycle of election and next vote will be during NC meeting in Stockholm.

Nc are electing by Princes in their native country.

What about another IC members? I think that is in hands of Boss
