I think secretlibrary.info appears to be down. Hackers perhaps.
In theory there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice...

There has been hardware failure that the service provider is fixing. Will let you know when I hear something more about it.

There has been a critical hardware failure on the server Secret Library is hosted on. I will keep you updated through Facebook (www.facebook.com/secretlibrary) and Google+ (plus.google.com/u/0/b/105221434601201202393/)

So the server is back online, but the restoration is still in progress. Be patient.

EDIT: Checked some other sites on the server, most are also suspended, couple that I could find were already back online.
