Done.

Secret Library should work on all major browsers. Not certain about the mobile ones, as I haven't had any chances to test it with iOS or Android phones.

I will test Secret Library on my iPad and post my opinion about that on iOS. Will use Safari, the native browser. If SL don't use flash, believe that will have no problem.
By the way, I'm editing the Rulebook for iPad, in ePub file version, so that is finished will post.
Tryed Arkon on Microsoft Quickoffice for iOS, but much of the formulas are not supported. Will try on Documents to Go, to see if can get the formulas working.

SL it's great, but doesn't work offline (I believe). An app (for whatever platform) with a complete database of cards could work also while not on a WL network or cellphone service network.

I would totally love it, especially because my playgroup plays in a place where 3g isn't available and without hot-points.
