This tournament follows the Vampire Elder Kindred Network (VEKN) Limited tournament rules (available here: http://www.vekn.net/tournament-rules). The tournament will consist of two preliminary rounds after which players will be ranked by the number of Game Wins, with total accumulated Victory Points as a tie-breaker. The four highest-ranked players will then advance to the final round. Should there be fewer than 8 players, the "Tournament without final" VEKN rules will be used instead and there will two rounds only.

Each round, including the final table, has a time limit of 2.5 hours.

Players will be provided with one sealed Black Hand starter deck, one Black Hand booster and one Sword of Caine booster.
They will be required to use these cards to make a deck with a library of at least 40 cards and a crypt of at least 12 cards. Cards in the crypt may be mixed freely without the usual constraints around group numbers.

Note that this event is limited to 8 players only so booking is essential!
