[Submission] Fake Assets (Chi bleed defense) was created by Ankha
Name: Fake Assets
Cardtype: Action
Discipline: Chimerstry
Cost: 1 blood
+1 stealh action.
[chi] Put this card into play and untap this vampire. During your untap phase, if you've lost 6 or more pool from bleed since your last untap phase, gain 1 pool.
[CHI] As above, and a minion that successfully bleeds you for 4 or more doesn't untap as normal during his or her next untap phase.

The general concept is good, but I fear it's too narrow. Not all deck bleed you for that kind of amount, and if they oust you outright the card is useless.
Also, you need quite a lot of thoses to have a reasonable chance of seeing one before being at less than 10 pool. It's not unique, but it does not stack very well either, and unlike bounce or bleed reduction you need it well before being in the red zone.

Fake Assets
Action
1
[chi] Put this card in play with two counters. You may burn these counters instead of burning pool when resolving a bleed action. Burn this card when it has no counters.
[CHI] As [chi] above but you may use this during the resolution of any action or political referendum when you do not control the acting minion.

Interesting and as I opined over here some time ago, I'd love to see some more diverse bleed defence in other disciplines. Not to make the game harder for bleed decks than it is when facing a table of 3 Dominate users and an Auspex bouncer, but so that those three Dominate-using decks aren't all feeling forced to graft on Dominate bleed bounce.
Overall, it feels a bit too weak, particularly at inferior. Not unplayable, given the free untap, but probably not enough to make me think about really using it. The superior also has the annoyance of hitting the occasional big bleeder relatively hard, when - say - a consistent Threats + stealth bleeding you for 3 per vampire is never hit. So it could hurt a toolbox deck that gets the occasional bleed off more than the consistent, frequent bleeder. (Of course, it does also hit bona-fide bleedzookas.)
What is interesting is that the inferior pool gain stacks, so - potentially - with X of these in play, I could be getting X pool back each turn. But it's still pretty weak. It's not going to discourage anyone from bleeding me really, unless they have an additional bleed for 1 to take themselves from 5 to 6. (Typically, why waste the action?) It's not generally going to be fast enough to help me.
I might be more interested if, say, it got a counter whenever a bleed resolved against you. (Or maybe "You may add a counter..." to avoid arguments about "Well, it was mandatory for me to put the counter on, but I forgot, so here are four more counters." See arguments over gaining pool from the Edge when it was mandatory.) Then, based on the number of counters, you might be able to do something. And maybe the counters disappear, or trickle off slowly. So you can hit the weenie deck that's bleeding you 5 times and you can hit the Turbo-Arika deck, but less so the toolbox deck that really wants to play a superior Conditioning every so often. Maybe if there are several counters on the card, bleedss against you are automatically at -1 bleed, or cost an extra blood or life, or cause the acting Methuselah to discard cards from their hand if successful, or something like that. So something like "If there are X (three?) or more counters on this card... Burn all the counters during your untap phase" or "If there are X or more counters on this card... Burn two counters during your untap phase."
Possibly, make it a "Put this card on this vampire.... Burn this card when this vampire leaves the ready region" type ability.
Just as a book-keeping issue on the card as it stands. This could be annoying if, say, you play it out-of-turn. So I play it during my predator's minion phase, after I've been bled, and then we argue about whether you bled me for 5 or 6 this turn. Maybe put counters on the card as the bleed resolves, that sort of thing.

What do you think of:
Name: Fake Assets
Cardtype: Action - Unique
Discipline: Chimerstry
Cost: 1 pool
+1 stealh action.
[chi] Put this card into play and untap this vampire. During your untap phase put a counter on this card. You can burn counters from this card instead of paying pool when you are target of a bleed action to reduce the bleed amount of one pool for one counter.
[CHI] As above, but put a counter on this card.
1 counter per turn is not extraordinary...

Sabbat. If this vampire's bleed is successful, he laughs manicly and untaps.

Yet, greatly better than Dummy Corporation, which is viable in certain cases... I know, this would be limited to Chi crypt, but still seems a bit too unconditional and powerlevel is still high compared to anything available to otherwise weak-against-bleed decks.
Dummy Corporation
Master: unique location.
You may burn this card when you are being bled to reduce the bleed amount by 2.
