Origins, the NAC, and the VEKN as a "club"

To all ORIGINS convention attendees:

Beginning in 2011, VTES players will now be able to purchase your Origins convention badge for the "club" price of $35 by April 30, and for $40 in June (which includes on-site registration). This price will be available starting when this thread is updated with the current year's Club Code.

I will be maintaining the "club list", and it currently includes the following players:

• everyone who has played VTES at the Origins convention
• everyone who I believe will play VTES at Origins, e.g. people who are on my Facebook page(s) for Origins or the NAC

I will be able to update the list at any time, and anyone who is a VTES player and wishes to attend VTES at Origins will be able to get onto the "club list" by contacting me:

• via message from my Facebook Origins page, at www.facebook.com/groups/129744447064017 and asking to be put on the list
• via private message here on vekn.net and asking to be put on the list

It will NOT include children, spouses, friends or relatives, unless they are playing in at least one VTES tournament.

Nice, nice, nice! Thanks so much, Kevin! I tried to get a "club" together with my local group, but so few of them committed to going that it wasn't going to happen. This is very welcome news!

Our group code is "VEKN513". This is what you will use
in the COUPON CODE field to received the "club" discount.

But there is a catch! If you haven't followed the instructions below,
and emailed me your mailing address, you will receive the discount,
but later you will be re-charged the difference. So, if you haven't
sent me this information and wish to receive the "club" discount,
you MUST mail me your information!

How many events will there be? I know that info is in the Origins Cat, and likely on the fb page, but let's spread the word.

Once again, we will have discounted badges due to our status as an Origins "club". Read the first post in this thread to get fully informed, and note these specific items for the year 2012:

• the "club" prices are the same: $35 pre-cutoff, $40 on-site
• the cutoff date for a discount badge is: April 30th
• the Registration Category must be: CLUB FULL SHOW PASS
• the Coupon Code must be: vekn109
• the Business Name must be: VEKN
• the GAMA Member Club/Organization must be: VEKN

Just my opinion, but you should add the Origin events to this Event calendar as well.
