file Petra Resonance is a D action, right?

During the "shadow finals" of today's tournament we were starting to wonder whether Petra Resonance was a D action vs all each of the other Methusalah's or not.

Mainly for whether you can use Eyes of Argus, and the like, against the player who played Petra Resonance (since AoA gives intercept only against D actions targeting you)

We thought that since it targets everyone's crypt it must be a D action vs everyone.

Petra Resonance
+1 stealth action. Not usable if any Methuselah's crypt is empty.
Each Methuselah reveals the top card of his or her crypt. If there is a tie for highest or lowest cost among the revealed cards, every Methuselah burns 1 pool. Otherwise, the Methuselah revealing the highest cost steals 3 pool from the Methuselah revealing the lowest cost. All Methuselahs shuffle their crypts afterward.

I don't think it's a (D) action. Compare Poison the Well of Life, which explicitly states that every one with a HG can block. I think, because Petra's Resonance lacks a similar cardtext, the action is undirected.

Name: Poison the Well of Life
[LotN:R]
Cardtype: Action
Discipline: Quietus
+1 stealth action.
[qui] (D) Burn a hunting ground.
[QUI] Burn all hunting grounds controlled by other Methuselahs. Ready minions controlled by controllers of the hunting grounds may attempt to block as if this were a (D) action (instead of the usual blockers).

Petra Resonance is a D action against all Methuselahs indeed.

ok, i was actually going with extrala on this one as undirected but since you said its a D action against all Meths. Can i clarify with this ruling and the use of Pulse of the Cannaile?
+1 stealth action.
[aus] For the remainder of this turn, you may look at all Methuselahs' hands.
[AUS] Put this card on the acting vampire. The vampire with this card gets +2 bleed. A vampire can have only one Pulse of the Canaille.

So its basic use would be a D action on all meths? Since its related to the above ruling.

At least the one we based our reasoning on was from General Rulings:

Directed Actions:
Actions which target another player's hand, uncontrolled region, crypt, or library (or cards therein) are directed at that player. (Actions which target another player's ash heap are undirected by default). [LSJ 20010924] [LSJ 20010926]

Since Petra Resonance targets all player's crypts it must be a D action against each of player.
