Here is another deck for comment! This deck is incredibly fun to play and has done very well in my limited experience. What do you think? How would you improve the deck?
Some facts:
Deck Name : The Sharks
Author : John McGlynn
Description :
Bring out a Brujah with superior presence, and play Enchant Kindred at superior with every action. Bleed patiently and don't try to send everyone to torpor - but do turn your predator's ready region into a smoking crater if he/she will not cooperate.
I thought we were going gonna rumble with those greasy Sharks.
Not without seven years of ballet and two of jazz tap, we're not!
Crypt [12 vampires] Capacity min: 2 max: 7 average: 4.75
Library [80 cards]
Action [23]
9x Bum's Rush
14x Enchant Kindred
Action Modifier [2]
2x Iron Glare
Combat [40]
2x Blur
3x Flash
9x Immortal Grapple
7x Slam
1x Target Vitals
7x Taste of Vitae
9x Torn Signpost
2x Undead Strength
Event [1]
1x Dragonbound
Master [14]
1x Barrens, The
3x Blood Doll
4x Effective Management
2x Fame
1x Gang Territory
2x Haven Uncovered
1x Tension in the Ranks
Hat tip to Adam Hulse for the deck name. Ask him.
Some facts:
- Won 3 of its first 6 games (did not win finals).
- Survived Ancilla Empowerment without Delaying Tactics.
- Most often discarded: Bum's Rush.
- Number of minions in play each game: ~6
- Completely destroyed by Barrenness.

I like it !
Way better than your average winnie potence, a POT deck with a nice build up, for a change

It looks like fun. Did you play it in L.A. this weekend? has it matched up against other combat decks (cel/gun, bats/crows, pot/for)? I wonder if it could reliably outmaneuver one of these decks, probably yes for bats but maybe no for celerity/guns.
How would I improve the deck? It is hard for me to say considering it has won 3 out of 6 plays. Also getting out around 6 minions consistently is pretty strong too. The only thing I can think of, and I don't know what to take out, would be to add a Yawp Court. Kind of makes voters think, "If I want to call votes, then I better be ready to throw down with The Sharks!"

Seems robust enough.
I'd make following changes:
For starters, I'd change Marlena, Sir Ralph and Arnold simpson to other sabbat vampires: Jimmy Dunn, Jeremiah Noble, Julian Sanders and/or Rigby.
Since you got dragonbound, which reduces your hand size, I'd take out all (or at least most of) Bum's Rushes and replace them with Rumbles.
Your pool gain is rather weak, which results in poor survivability: Remove one Effective Management and Tension in the Ranks and add Frontal Assault and second blood doll (or two blood dolls, if you don't fancy FA). Master section could use one more Blood Doll or even two. You need all the pool you can get.
Combat section really needs some ranged strikes: either Stunt Cycle or Thrown Sewer Lid. Remove, say, three Slams and add thrown stuff (can be Thrown Gates also).
In addition, I'd be tempted to replace couple more of Slams with Target Vitals.
Since you've got plenty of card slots left, one abbot, one Mr. Winthorp, and couple of OtQV.
My 25 cents.

This is a very scary deck to be up against. I like it a lot. Elegant and effective, it rules in a low- to medium-combat environment. If I hadn't had a Pentex in my opening hand in the finals, who knows what would have happened?
And I realized later that I should have saved that Ancilla Empowerment as an ouster in the game before the final. D'oh!

I am not a fan of Enchant Kindred in decks which do not multi-act or play many reactions.
