This tournament was originally meant to be a Create-a-Clan tournament starting at 9 am but by 10am only 3 players showed up, and only I had decks for it, so we decided to change the tournament into Rapid Thought format. We managed to scrounge up 3 more players to get the minimum of 6 players together for a 3 round no final tournament.

Decks were either built or modified from regular constructed decks within an hour before the tournament and the first tables started around 12:30pm. Last table ended to timeout at 2:50pm, which puts the whole 3 round tournament into a nice span of less than 3 hours.

Winner of the tournament was Otso Saariluoma, who also won the big ECQ tournament in Friday.

Here are the results:

1. Otso Saariluoma 3gw 9vp 30tp (Akunanse bruise+bleed)
2. Jussi Hattara 1gw 2vp 12tp (Theo+Beast anarchists)
3. Ville Kilpi 2vp 11tp (Ian Forestal anarchist pre/cel/for/...)
4. Esa Tuominen 1vp 9tp (Harbingers with Slaughterhouses)
5. Janne Kilpi 0.5vp 6tp (War Ghouls)
5. Jyri Puhakka 0.5vp 6tp (Renegade Garous)

Price support included a stack of about 20 promos to each participant, 10€ gift card, tablecloth, counters, backpack, edge counter and a box of KoT starters.

Only one card on the watch list saw play as Esa played Ashur Tablets in his deck, but that didn't help him much. Two of the six tables timed out with only me and Otso able to win tables.

Otso is so broken.
Please fix him ;)

Joking aside, a big congrats to Otso for beating the opposition in majority of formats that was played during the con. I'm anxiously waiting for next year's big Ropecon tournament to see if he'll be able to pull a hat trick!
