Retainers/Allies/Equipment are actions and CAN be cancelled with Mundane

Of course, but most Retainers/Allies/Equipment don't require a Discipline or a Virtue, which makes those cards (that don't require Discipline/Virtue) immune to Mundane.

Couple of cards to think about...
Perfect Paragon: cost a blood but can be very strong
Force of Personality: IMHO Better then Catatonic Fear
Powerbase: Madrid: Other vote deck wast actions on it and it stays in play, great for Prisus when you get locked out by another one on the table.
Inner Essence: Combos great with Majesty
Momentary Delay: If you miss with a Breath or just run long with a Marauder, you get to keep going.
Anyways, just some ideas, its a neat deck, might need a little more focusing with such large vamps, a single bad combat or Pentex could end your game.
