A deck should have more focus on 1 or 2 ideas.
Mix the idea of dual forms either with a protean wall deck or with a protean barons deck, but not both.

Oh, I think this is a funny one. Especially as it works with two of my favourite cards Atonement and Dual Form.

I'm not sure of the 5 Tribute to the Masters. It could be dangerous to have to hunt with the Dual Formed ones. So TttM seems a bit to random to me. Why not play simple Blood Dolls? I'd ditch Open War or change it into a third Constant Rev. The Recklesses could be too expensive, as you are tending to block much and don't play that many Combat Ends (14 in 90 aren't many) and want to take some sips of blood (for pool) off your vamps. Either ditch them or play some Neonate Breach/KRC instead. I like Gangrel Revel in the deck. What about some Combat equipment like Kevlar Vest or Sniper Rifle?

I'd cut the deck down to 75 and would slim out on Tier of Souls (-3), pol. actions (-2), TttM (-2, rest to BD), CrimethInc/FD (-5), Animalism (-2, what are these for? Just for the 4 Cats Guidance?) and -1 Perfectionist. So you still have some Wolf Claws/Claws of the Dead to be dangerous, enough Form of Mist to get actions through, enough actions to oust and enough untap to make even more actions/bleed. You won't win tournaments, but it is fun.

I think tier of souls should be loki's gift to help you pass otes or get them though.
