These political actions are only usable by camarilla vampires. From what I can tell, you only have 2 camarilla vampires. First thing you would need to do is change the crypt to more camarilla vampires.

lol, do new deck at 01.00 a.m. is not a good idea. I must use crypt 1-2.

Drop the Protean masters and 3 Info Highway. Add 1x Fortschritt Library. Add 4 Earth Control and 2 Rapid Change. Consider re-working the combat package to be better for garou (disciplineless presses, maneuvers). Maybe add another fame.

One of my friends has been playing Garous with disciplineless Dodges. Those are a pretty nice addition to Garous - they can still punish without getting killed by a single horrid form strike.

At least it's better than glancing blow, if you ask me.

what's ashur tablets here for? you have no way to put additionall cards in ash heap, no additionall MPA, etc. I would drop them.
Apart from this I second brandonsantacruz for all his suggestions. Additionally with more disciplineless cards you should add slow withering. I would add second unmasking and narrow minds as well
With all these changes I would love it and probably will build it for myself Thx for nice inspiration.
