Need Help

So I was Trying to experiment wint Baali FoS Corruption/ Shatter the Gate , Then i noticed my grouping was all messed up and my LIB was to big. Any help you guys can give would be Awsome. Ive seen other postest where u guys say certain cards are not needed and im hoping that yall can see somthing i cant. ( That and my crypt is obviouslt way messed up)

Well yeah, it's a mess. You are familiar with the Grouping rule, right? I'm just asking because there was very recently this one guy over here whose gaming group don't use the Grouping rule, which is in the rulebook. You can only have vampires of two consecutive groups in your crypt.

So, if you want to play Shatter the Gates, there're three group options: G2, G4 or G6. In G2 you'll get to play Huitziopotzli (or whatever), which I doubt you own. G4 hosts either Cybele or Nergal (G5 in fact), and G6 houses The Unnamed. You'll really need to take your pick from those if you want to play Shatter the Gates. Building your crypt based on your star vampire is the first step.

What you own should be an obvious starting point. If you don't have Unnamed, for example, I'd suggest you go with Nergal or Cybele, whichever you have more of. Whatever G4-5 Setites you might have should go well with either. If you're big on bloating those G5 big setites with fortitude might be an okay choice with Nergal, for example.

You might want to start looking at the Library once your Crypt is tuned. Right now it's very difficult to say what you should be aiming at with the deck. Temptations and Shatter the Gates are an okay idea, to be sure, but other than that, what's your card pool like and what can we work with?

1.How do you intend to oust?
Shatter the Gates with corruption counter stall

2.How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
minion tap Bleed reduction and untap Baali with majesty or Abdulsobek

3.What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
usally 2 FoS and 1 or 2 baali fish for abdulsobeck and cyble

4.What do you want your average turn to look like?
Shatter the gate / little bleed untap baali with abdul

5.What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
Poltical decks , usally 1 anarchs 1 combat and a random toolbox deck

my card pool is pretty good, our local shop that we play at kinda pools our cards if needed its kinda like a give and take kind of thing

I would suggest doing Shatter the Gate *or* corruption, but not both. Of the two, I think that Shatter the Gate is stronger, I'll talk about that.

Nergel has the disciplines to block, do combat, and oust. I would suggest going with basic Nergel for the +2 bleed and cost reduction. How about a wallish !Baali deck that throws out lots of things that people need to interact with, but they can only get past you so many times? Here are some choices that come to mind.

Shatter the Gate
Smiling Jack
Constant Revolution
Anarch Revolt
Contagion
Antediluvian Awakening

If you include Cybelle, you can have Army of Rats.

For some non-bleed pool damage, there is always Enticement.

Once you get those Shatter counters down, make sure your prey takes more damage than others. Hopefully this gives you a game win.

the wallish baali looks alot better then the idea i first had, I appercate the imput guys. i do think im still gonna try and run a splash of FoS for Abdul ( for some reason I rly like his untap) and truth of 1000 lies. MOre i look at it Smiling jack awaking and enticement will be some great additions. Contagion on the other hand , all tho they are amazing there so hard to get your hands on
