I originally wanted to make this even more toolboxy but in the end, I just couldn't manage to fit in an intercept module without diluting either the combat or the forward momentum too much, so will have to rely on terra incognitas, back rushing, and bloat via founders and dolls to stay alive. With Nangila and Nana will have 9 card hand size which is damn sweet, apart from that use rushes to control prey and predator as required, bleed for 2 many times a turn, bloat to stay alive, if someone blocks you, smash them to bits. Any suggestions and comments and the like welcome as usual.

With that in mind, I would swap out Heart of the City/Preternatural Strength and replace them with Laptops/Camera Phones/Bundi.

Guruhi Kholo might also be useful for surprise votes, and cross-table lone vote damage prevention....

You might consider ading anarch converts, anarch revolt, parthenon and a few ashur tablets. Has worked fine with a similar deck I have seen and played.
Anthelios also, but then it becomes pretty master heavy. Not very easy to play but very fun...

Playing multiple Anarch Revolt and rushing your preys anarch so on and so forth...

Anarchs & Terra Incognita don't mix.
If you do add a bit of Anarchy, replace Terra Incognita with something else.

I made the following deck as example. It has a reaction module with some intercept permanents.
I choose not to include so many actions nor guruhi are the land, which I think is not that useful in this kind of deck.

Nana is too awesome to ignore her +1 MPA text. She is your star, pretty much no matter what ANI POT PRE deck you are building.

If you are trying to do a Founders deck, you probably want decrypting tech. How about Wider View and Info Highway? They also help you gain pool in a pinch. If you go the rush combat route, your card slots will all be eaten up by stuff that doesn't keep you alive. If you still want combat, maybe bruise bleed? Invest in Barrens, Dreams, and other card cycling tech to get the right cards. Btw, playing Nana means you can use more Master cards than usual. AI and SR should probably go here.

Too many action cards. Also, Heart + Guruhi are the land puts you in AI territory. Deep song isn't as needed if you are doing bruise-bleed with camera phone + guruhi are the land.

if you are playing 8, you might choke on these. Focus on ignoring your predator as much as possible.
