Well, just built this deck and going to play it tonight. The idea is to hunt trophyes with mimir (specially revered), get annoying vampires out of the way to bleed safely with him.

How do you intend to oust?
Burning opposing minions and bleeding hard with mimir (seal of veddartha + trophy revered)

How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Bounces and some blocks (under siege, trophy domain, sense the savage way)

What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
at least mimir and one low cap with dominate to bounce. If manage to get a villein + amaranth, rise eric kressida or lernean for more votes

What do you want your average turn to look like?
Red listing some younger, if possible, freaking and rushing. maybe bleeding.

What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
Pretty much everything, lots of S&B these days but heavy combat decks too

What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
Gonna play it tonight.

main problem of the deck that I see is that it gonna have a lot of problems doing what you're planning it to do. Building good trophy hunters deck which wants to burn red lists in combat is very hard. Main issues, in my opinion, in this particular build are:
1. crypt choice - you plan to have mimir and some dom weenie and have only 3 weenies in crypt. That means, there is gonna be a lot of games when you would have no weenies in starting crypt. I would remove both eric and lernean and look for cheaper replacements. Those twp guys are not too good and you would have big problems influencing them.
2. not enough card that support your game plan. You want to: red list someone, freak drive, rush and burn, best in one turn. You have only 6/90 card for red listing someone, only 5/90 freak drives and only 7/90 rursh cards (burning part needs additional comments). And you need all those cards and then good combat cards as well. This means that statistic is your big enemy. It's just not gonna happen too often, it's gonna happen very seldom. Additional issue here is that you need to have some plan for chump blockers
3. it's gonna be hard to burn minions with this combat package:
a) there are only 3/90 cards to deal with combat ends
b) you are not doing a lot of damage and there is not enough aggravated damage to be sure that it will be in your hand always when you need it.

To sum it up: you can try to slim this deck, put out all the not absolutely necessary cards and put in more of the important ones but those issues will still be there but in smaller scale. IMO the best thing you can do, if you want to burn red lists in combat is to change your crypt. I would look for vampires which can burn minions more easilly than mimir. If sticking with the gangrel, interesting choices are f.e. Wynn which has build in enter combat (with stealth) which lets you save a lot of card slots and potence which has best answer for combat ends (immortal grapple) and Enkidu - a lot of saved card slots thanx to enter comabt special and additional strenght but you need to give him title, which can be tricky (Regent Master is your friend)

Hey, thanks for the suggestions. I'm considering make this mimir deck more of a bruise and bleed, but still in the trophy focus, decided to make a full gangrel with wynn as you suggested. here's the decklist.
