Northeast Regional Qualifier at TempleCon (TWD)

We had 27 players for our Northeast Regional Qualifier at TempleCon in
Warwick, Rhode Island on Saturday, February 5th, 2011. For some
reason, Kiasyd seemed to be popular this year; there were at least 4
Kiasyd decks in attendance.

Randal Rudstam, originally from Sweden, has been studying in Florida
and made a last-minute decision to come to TempleCon, because Florida
is so close to Rhode Island. It turned out well for him, as he ended
up winning the qualifier.
