What is Ponticulus doing here? He cannot use the guns...

Maybe he is just an "eternal" blocker, with +2 intercept against directed actions under Unmasking ...

He's in the deck for just blocking purposes. You could tweak the deck and include Biothaumaturgic Experiments. Didn't have enough time to think if it's worth the investment and an action.
